James “Jim” Feltman, CPA, CFE, CFF, is a managing director in the Disputes and Investigations practice of Duff & Phelps. He has over 30 years of experience providing a broad range of litigation, forensic and investigative services. Recently, Jim was named a Top 25 Consultant in the “Excellence in Client Service” category for 2015 by
Consulting Magazine.

Raphael (Ray) Newman is a Managing Director in the New York office of Duff & Phelps, LLC and leads its global Transaction Advisory Services Practice. Ray has more than twenty-five years of transaction experience and has advised both strategic and private equity acquirers as well as potential debtors on transactions with an aggregate value of over $100 billion.

John Ward, CDDA, is a managing director in the New York office of Duff & Phelps and is a member of the Alternative Advisory Group and the Portfolio Valuation practice and an advisory board member of the IMDDA. He has more than 30 years of financial and investment management experience.
