The IMDDA Announces New Faculty Members

NEW YORK, LONDON, July 18, 2017 - The Investment Management Due Diligence Association (IMDDA,) the only independent global organization focused on investment management and operational due diligence, today announced the appointment of two new faculty members to augment its robust team of industry experts. Vincent Molino and Marc Towers, both veteran Due Diligence Professionals, will lead the IMDDA’s upcoming in-person educational programs taking place in New York, London, and Singapore.

‘We are thrilled to have two industry luminaries join our team,” said Herb Chain, IMDDA’s Director of Education. “With the expansion of our educational programs in Singapore, London, and New York, we are confident that the expertise and insight that Vin and Marc bring to the table will benefit our members, certificate candidates, the profession, and the organization.”

Marc Towers is the founder of Towers Fiduciary Pte. Ltd.  Prior to Towers Fiduciary Pte. Ltd., he spent five years as a Director of Operational Due Diligence for PAAMCO. His past roles as Executive Director and Head of Hedge Fund Operational Due Diligence at KBC Alpha, COO with Azura Capital Advisors Pte Ltd and Credit Suisse round out his deep experience and expertise. Marc is currently tasked with leading our Fundamental and Master Level Operational Fund of Fund and Hedge Fund Courses in Singapore. Marc will maintain his responsibilities at Towers Fiduciary Pte. Ltd. while teaching IMDDA programs.

Vincent Molino currently serves as consultant with Shadmoor Advisors LLC and his deep knowledge and experience spans both hedge funds and private equity. Molino’s more than 13 years of experience and global perspective coupled with his operational due diligence roles at Permal Group (as Senior Vice President and Head of Operational Due Diligence), Barclays and JP Morgan augment his expertise and perspective. Molino brings this expertise to the IMDDA Private Equity Fund Operational Due Diligence Fundamentals and Masters Courses offered globally. Molino will maintain his responsibilities at Shadmoor Advisors LLC while teaching IMDDA programs.

With these newest additions, the IMDAA faculty is now comprised of five industry leaders with expertise in all aspects of institutional investment management, operations, compliance, due diligence, and technology and systems; all bring deep insight to the courses they lead.
